1. Platform Usage and Profile Management By registering as a Partner and creating a Studio Profile or Job Listing on Nova Beauty, you agree to maintain accurate, up-to-date information regarding your business, services, and employment opportunities.

2. Strict Content Guidelines Partners are solely responsible for the content published on their profiles. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Abusive, discriminatory, or defamatory language.

• Swear words, profanity, or unprofessional terminology.

• The promotion or listing of illicit, unregulated, or illegal services.

• Unauthorized external linking (links must only direct to your official website or official social media channels).

• Uploading unapproved, inappropriate, or irrelevant imagery.

3. Copyright and Image Ownership Policy Nova Beauty strictly prohibits the upload of copyrighted images without proper licensing or explicit permission from the copyright owner.

• Liability: Nova Beauty does not take ownership of, nor assume liability for, any images, text, or media uploaded by Partners to their profiles or job listings.

• Indemnification: The Partner is solely responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use all media uploaded. If an uploaded image is penalized for copyright infringement, the Partner assumes 100% responsibility and will be liable for paying any and all associated fines, legal fees, or infringement costs. Nova Beauty is entirely exempt from these disputes.

4. Account Suspension and Termination Nova Beauty reserves the right to edit, suspend, or permanently delete any Partner profile, job listing, or account that violates these Terms and Conditions, without prior notice or refund.

5. Relationship of Parties Partners are independent entities. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, or employer-employee relationship between Nova Beauty and the registered Studio.
